Quality Care Recruit

Quality Care Recruit can assist with recruiting more senior hires to a wide range of care businesses In addition, our partners can help you find and retain the right carers with the values that match those of your care home or domiciliary care business

Our recruitment arm at the Quality Care Group (QCG), Quality Care Recruit (QCR), started in January 2025, having prepared for our launch in 2024. QCG was founded in 2009 as an insurance broker for care businesses. Since then, QCG boasted incredible additional services, such as General Insurance, Business Efficiency and Risk Management. By listening to our customers, we realised that Recruitment is one of the biggest spends and headaches to care providers across the UK, and there appears to be little change in the sector for the better. As a result, QCR was created and QCG now offer a full suite of leadership recruitment solutions, and much, much more!

We are dedicated to revolutionising recruitment solutions for the care sector. Combining expertise, innovative strategies, and a deep understanding of the industry, QCR offers tailored services that address key challenges such as high staff turnover, compliance, and budget constraints. Through specialised offerings like Executive Search (ES), Permanent Recruitment (PR) COMING SOON, and Recruitment Process Audits (RPA), QCR aims to become an indispensable partner to care providers. Our approach combines deep sector knowledge with innovative recruitment practice to place candidates who are not just qualified but also culturally aligned with our clients' missions. We emphasise quality over quantity, ensuring that each placement contributes to the care provider's operational excellence and high standards of service.
