Jade has worked in the insurance industry since 2004 and has vast experience across many personal lines and commercial insurances. Using her knowledge of the care sector, Jade has led the development of our award-winning risk control services, designed to protect and reduce the many risks of running a care business. Jade continues to keep her finger on the pulse in the risk management arena through continued professional development. Working alongside our risk mitigation partners, Jade continually cultivates the services we offer in line with common claim trends identified in the industry, assessing what can be done to minimise and mitigate the impact of these incidents.

Lorrie has developed a wealth of recruitment experience over her career, both supplying staff to others and employing staff for the insurance and financial services companies that she has worked for. Lorrie’s knowledge and expertise spans more than 30 years, enabling her to source the right specialist recruiters who represent QCG’s values and moral code.

As our Operations Director, Lorrie is only too well aware of the significance of having the right human resource in place to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a business and so understands the challenges this gives you in your Care business. Through listening to our customers’ common pain points in sourcing the right staff, Lorrie strives to continuously improve the recruitment services that we offer.

Errol Archer is a health and social care law expert. He deals with the Care Quality Commission and Health and Safety Executive, amongst other regulators.  He is a consultant solicitor advocate providing legal services through Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd and Mu Business Counsel.

• Successfully challenged Notices of Proposal;
• Persuaded regulators to withdraw Fixed Penalty Notices;
• Skilfully drafted representations to draft reports to secure changes to the wording and to ratings;

• Effectively represented providers at Coroners’ Court Inquests.

For over 20 years, Errol has successfully acted for businesses, individuals, regulators and central government departments at the highest levels, including advising government ministers and company directors. He has worked both in-house and in private practice.

Advocacy

‍Errol is authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a Solicitor-Advocate (Civil). He has personally represented clients in hundreds of hearings at courts and tribunals, including at the First-Tier Tribunal (Care Standards) and at Coroners’ Court Inquests. He works with barristers and QCs when needed.

Andy has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1987 and has extensive experience providing advice and investment solutions to both individual and corporate clients across many jurisdictions.

Andy has a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of clients within the care sector and has identified some common areas of financial planning needs for business owners, their businesses and their employees in the industry. Andy continually nurtures the services that he offers to our clients in line with feedback from business relationships.

His core strengths centre on his ability to build meaningful long term relationships with clients in a friendly, professional and understanding manner.
