Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimising our digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on SEO and website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, CRM implementation, and data-driven reporting. You will play a crucial role in increasing our online presence, improving lead generation, and driving engagement with our target audience. Additionally, you will manage the Pollard's Promises website and social media accounts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role within a small but growing team, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Development
- Manage, update, and optimise the Quality Care Group website using Webflow.
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO improvements.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to enhance UX/UI and conversion rate optimisation.
Manage and update the Pollard's Promises website, ensuring content is current and optimised.
Social Media Management & Campaigns
Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. To a lesser extent, Tik Tok and Threads, using Sendible.
- Create engaging content tailored to different platforms, including posts, graphics, photo, videos, and stories.
- Design marketing materials and social media assets using Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee and manage social media activity for Pollard's Promises, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Email Marketing & CRM Implementation
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring audience segmentation and personalisation.
- Analyse email performance metrics and optimise campaigns for higher engagement and conversions.
- Assist with the introduction and management of a new CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organised customer data collaborating with the in-house Data Analyst, within the CRM to support marketing and sales efforts.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and report key metrics to the Marketing Manager.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Monday.com, and social media insights to track performance.
- Provide monthly reports on SEO, website traffic, lead generation, email marketing, and social media engagement.
- Continuously optimise digital marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in content creation for blogs, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external web listings to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to projects, given this is a brand-new role in a small but expanding team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
- Possess an understanding of how to leverage Ai for marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow or other website management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Sendible).
- Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite for design and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
