How long have you been with Quality Care Group?

I have been with Quality Care Group for almost a year.

What does your job entail?

As a New Business Executive, I contact interested clients and provide a tailored quote for their care business insurance needs. I liaise with underwriters to secure the best policy, ensuring the right coverage at the best price. My role involves understanding each client’s unique requirements and delivering a personalised insurance solution that meets their specific needs.

What’s your secret talent no one knows about?

I find my neurodiversity to be a secret talent. It allows me to think differently and offer client solutions from a unique perspective. This ability to approach problems from various angles enables me to create innovative and effective solutions for our clients.

In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?

I am most proud of every single time I provide a great service. There’s a certain thrill I get from delivering exactly what a client needs while ensuring the very best client experience. Each successful interaction reinforces my commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

The entire team at Quality Care Group is incredibly inspiring, as everyone is dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. However, if I had to single someone out, it would be our New Business Manager, Josh Pollard. His leadership and expertise have been invaluable to my growth and success in this role.

How have you grown professionally while with Quality Care Group?

During my time with Quality Care Group, I have gained the confidence to address clients' needs, even when those needs differ from what the clients initially thought they required. I have developed a deep understanding of our products and services, allowing me to ensure each client has the exact coverage they need to protect their business. This growth has been instrumental in enhancing my ability to provide top-notch service and build strong client relationships.

Tell me something about you that most people don’t know...

I am a black belt in mixed martial arts. This discipline has taught me perseverance, focus, and the importance of continuous improvement, traits that I apply daily in my professional life at Quality Care Group.
