Risk Control

CQC mock inspections are a great tool for any social care provider, as we know regulatory inspections are typically either unannounced or with short notice, and our dedicated and long-term partners are here to ensure you feel well-prepared for these moments.

With highly experienced consultants, located across England, Scotland, and Wales, they are dedicated to helping you identify and address issues proactively, guiding you through the process of getting back on track and providing support to deliver a best-in class service.

This comprehensive set-cost service is typically conducted onsite. However, if you prefer, we can also arrange remote visits. When using our partners services, you can choose a frequency that works for you. They can support you with ad hoc, quarterly or a recurring series of visits*.

Our dedicated partners can tailor your mock inspections to suit your specific requirements, whether you prefer a targeted approach addressing issues you’ve already pinpointed or a thorough review highlighting both your strengths and areas where improvement may be needed.

During an onsite inspection they’ll review your services’ documentation and processes including a sample of care plans, risk assessments, staff files, governance audits, health and safety, medications, environment, and where applicable, speak with staff, service users and visitors.

Comprehensive report and action plan

Focused on addressing the key questions and regulatory frameworks their comprehensive reporting ensures all aspects of your services are operating compliantly.

Where they identify areas in need of improvement, the action plan we provide can be used as an ongoing service improvement plan.

Highly experienced consultants based nationwide

Our partners panel of qualified consultants based across the UK ensures we’re well-equipped to assess providers based on the frameworks set out by the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales and Care Inspectorate (Scotland).
